Junior Design Architect

The Junior Design Architect  will be responsible to support the design and development of architectural projects by assisting in creating plans, drawings, and presentations. Collaborate with senior architects and project teams to ensure designs meet client requirements, budgets, and timelines. Continuously learn and apply innovative solutions to contribute to the success of each project

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Design and Documentation
  

• Design and document across all project stages.
  

• Develop design drawings and schedules.
  

• Create renderings, working models, and project graphics.
  

• Collaboration and Coordination
  

• Work as part of a creative team and coordinate with all departments.
  

• Collaborate on design projects from conceptual design through design development to construction.
  

• Coordinate with engineering disciplines and assist with the permitting process and RFI submittals.
  

• Technical Support and Research
  

• Provide technical support during the bidding process and construction.
  

• Research materials and assemblies for design and construction drawings.
  

• Conduct site analysis and project research as assigned.
  

• Develop construction documents from approved client schematic designs.
  

Educational Level/Required Certificates:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (or equivalent).
  

Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a related field.
